Ice Earth : 27th September, 2020. When I stepped into an untapped world of oyster mushroom farming it was because I wanted to venture into an option that would help me in adopting a conscious lifestyle or Conscious Living. It may not be possible to adhere to Conscious Lifestyle 100% but even a single act (mushroom farming for me) can help us become more aware and invest into the infinite possibilities of caring for our environment in helping it preserve in excellent condition to be appropriately used by the younger generation who are the future torchbearers of sustainable planet Earth.  With this thought we share one last bit of an excerpt from an interview with NORVEDA founder Linn Oedegaard. In our last 3 posts on excerpts from interview with her we shared information regarding the benefits and the idea behind NORVEDA. This will help investors in capitalizing on NORVEDA's brand value and make it a mass market product across continents. It will be a win-win situation for al...

Ice Earth : 26th September, 2020. Today has been a truly inspiring day at Ice Earth desk in moving ahead with our work thanks to our interview with NORVEDA founder, Linn Oedegaard. The product has found shelf-space not just in Norway but far away in USA as well.  What makes this unique brand stand-out is something we have begun discovering in our last two post mentioning an excerpt from an interview with the owner of NORVEDA. Once again we are sharing an another excerpt from the same interview. Our question centered around the reason as to why should someone buy NORVEDA product(s)? Linn answers,  "They won’t just get a product that is safe for them and the environment, but also knowledge of how they can achieve wellness and improve their well-being. I dealt with cystic acne for 4 years, which included many visits to dermotologists and esthetichians without relief. I found answers through a lot of research and self-experiementation, and I am happy to share that with ot...

Ice Earth : 25th September, 2020. This blog is in continuation with the previous post on NORVEDA. Today we share with you the insight into "Benefits of buying products from brand NORVEDA?" Let's read the response from the founder & solopreneur Linn Oedegaard who writes, " It definetly depends on the product you are buying, whether it’s for hygiene or skincare. In either case however, I make sure to not use ingredients that can cause harm on your health, skin or the environment. They are crafted to be accommodating for sensitive skin, not using any harsh ingredients. I personally have very sensitive skin, so I’m my own guinea pig. Most natural deodorants contain baking soda, which is a strong irritant and causes rash for about 40% of the population (the fraction that has sensitive skin). I use zinc oxide and zeolite clay as the effective ingredients, which doesn’t cause irritation. Many costumers have told me that it’s the only deodorant that works for them, whi...

Ice Earth: 24th September, 2020.  We introduce to you Linn Odegard, Founder & Solopreneur at NORVEDA LLC. The products she has developed are a result of dealing with cystic acne and sensitive skin for several years.  Suits your need?  Read ahead, her reply to Ice Earth's first question, "How does NORVEDA products care for our environment?" (Because to care for one's skin also comes from the love shown towards our mother nature in all forms, no?) Response from Linn:  "My products does not contain ingredients that pollute and harm the environment, such as propylene glycol, silicones, microbeads, etc. I use only wholesome plant-based ingredients - cold-pressed plant oils, herbs, grains and clays - and nothing artifical.  I create the deodorant cream with a nearly zero-waste production method using compostable and reusable equipment. The jar that the original dedorant came in is fully compostable (along with the ingredients) - so after you’ve emptied th...
